You will review AI outputs, label technical scenarios and improve answer quality. You will help teach models how data center operators think about risk, escalation and reliability.

Remote from LATAM with US and European overlap. The team works asynchronously but expects dependable review cadence.

Experience and languages
2+ years in data center operations, NOC, IT infrastructure, facilities coordination, QA, technical support, or technical documentation. English B2+/C1.
What you will own
- Review model responses against technical instructions and operational context.
- Label data center scenarios for accuracy, clarity, escalation logic, and safety.
- Write concise explanations that help improve future model behavior.
- Flag ambiguous SOPs, weak prompts, and repeated quality issues.
- Work with senior reviewers to calibrate standards and improve consistency.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on exposure to infrastructure, operations, facilities, or technical support environments.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow structured quality rubrics.
- Clear English writing and comfort explaining technical reasoning simply.
- Curiosity about AI evaluation with enough humility to escalate uncertain cases.
