Senior AI Trainer for Data Center Operations
A confidential data center company is opening new sites in the US and Europe and building AI-assisted workflows. It needs a senior trainer who understands real infrastructure, not just annotation tools.

You will design rubrics, review model outputs and guide junior trainers. You will turn procedures, incident patterns and operational judgment into high-quality training data.

Remote from LATAM with US and European overlap. Occasional workshops may be scheduled around data center operations teams.

Experience and languages
5+ years in data center operations, NOC, facilities, cloud infrastructure, technical training, QA, or AI evaluation. English C1+ required.
What you will own
- Create evaluation rubrics for AI outputs related to data center operations and incident handling.
- Review technical responses for accuracy, safety, escalation logic, and operational usefulness.
- Coach AI trainers on quality standards and domain-specific reasoning.
- Partner with operations specialists to translate SOPs into training scenarios.
- Identify recurring quality gaps and propose improvements to prompts, labels, and review workflows.
What we are looking for
- Practical understanding of uptime, incident response, facilities coordination, and infrastructure risk.
- Strong written English and the ability to explain why an answer is right or wrong.
- Comfort working with structured QA, annotation, LLM evaluation, or technical documentation.
- Calm senior judgment when the model sounds plausible but misses operational reality.
