Remote from LATAM with recurring European overlap. Regional travel for partners, public-sector stakeholders, and project diligence is expected.

Experience and languages
5+ years in business development, partnerships, energy, mobility, infrastructure, climate tech, or B2B SaaS expansion.
What you will own
- Map partner ecosystems and prioritize the channels most likely to drive expansion.
- Build commercial cases for new countries, including demand, risk, economics, and implementation complexity.
- Lead first conversations with strategic partners, operators, advisors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Coordinate with product, finance, legal, and operations to move opportunities from interest to action.
- Create a repeatable expansion playbook for the next markets.
What we are looking for
- Strong commercial judgment with the patience to validate before scaling.
- Experience building partnerships where operations, regulation, and economics all matter.
- Clear writing and structured thinking for leadership updates and market-entry memos.
- English C1+ plus Spanish or Portuguese; both are strongly valued.
